China Chang'an and Miracle Automation officially established a new company for the battery recycling business

To accelerate the process of market-oriented reform and actively layout the battery reuse sector, China Chang'an and Chang'an Automobile, in collaboration with Miracle Automation Engineering Co.,Ltd., officially established ChenZhi AnQi (Chongqing) Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ChenZhi AnQi) in Tongnan District, Chongqing City on September 10.

👉 The first third-party recycling company in the industry to achieve mass production of ternary lithium and lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery recycling.

👉 Capable of processing 100,000 tons of waste lithium batteries annually (including ternary lithium batteries and LFP batteries).

👉 Possesses industry-leading technologies in battery physical crushing and LFP battery short-flow leaching processes, enabling low energy consumption, smart, clean, and unmanned recycling of lithium batteries.

👉Aimed at creating a domestic market-leading battery reuse company, ensuring independent control over battery materials and stable pricing and supply.

👉 Its business will cover areas such as battery crushing and powdering, battery second-life usage, ternary battery hydrometallurgical regeneration, and LFP battery hydrometallurgical regeneration.

👉 Marks the formal entry of China Chang'an into the battery sector. Going forward, the company will leverage China Chang'an and Chang'an Automobile's vehicle production and sales scale, battery waste supply, battery material sales channels, financial strength, and platform advantages, combining Tianqi Co.'s experience in lithium battery recycling processes, equipment technology, plant construction, and production management, to create a new situation of complementary advantages and win-win cooperation.

China Chang'an will gradually accumulate resources in the battery industry, laying the foundation for the future establishment of a full industry chain battery division, while continuing to strive to build a world-class enterprise and contribute to the high-quality development of China’s military equipment.
