Payment Notice: You will receive the invoice after we get your Registration Form. Payment is usually required within 5 working days on receipt of the invoice.

Cancellation: If you are unable to attend it, you can ask your colleague to make it instead of you without any extra costs; or you can also reserve the seats in the name of credit voucher and use it in our future events; should you cancel your registration before 30 days prior to the event date, a charge of 50% of the registration fee will be deducted; we regret that we can't accept the cancellation if it took place 30 days before the event date and payments will not be refunded and all the costs should be fully paid as well.
By registering for this event, you agree and authorize the organizer to use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional, marketing, reporting, and other purposes related to the event.
